Stickers: Domed Stickers

We use a clear liquid polyurethane in a metered amount, the liquid polyurethane is then applied to the top surface of a nameplate, decal or label, this is called doming.

The liquid polyurethane, which consists of honey, flows to the border of the vinyl shape and is trapped by capillary attraction to the border. The liquid is then cured to create a complete product with a 3D / domed / bubbled / lens effect.

We are able to dome 3000 stickers per day due to special equipment. These stickers are also known as 3D stickers, resin stickers or even gel stickers. The stickers have a durable neat appearance and these stickers are commonly used on corporate gifts or on electronic equipment.

Domed products necessitate all corners to have at least a tiny radius or the polyurethane will bleed off the border. Any form, full color or black & white printing can be domed. We can dome and print directly from your artwork or do the design for you. The final product has a fancy improved look that is moisture and scratch resistant.

Typical uses for domed decals include product identification stickers, trophy insets, medal inserts, name badges and labels. We even produce domed coasters. Almost any shape can be printed in full color, cut and domed. There are however, boundaries on size. We are able to dome from 10 to 10 000 items to give your product that professional finish.
