Printing: Why do you not charge per color for full color digital printing?

We use full color digital printing machines that utilises Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. These 4 colors are mixed together to create full color printing, so regardless of printing a single color or multiple colors, we still use a combination of these 4 colors. Due to this we charge one amount for full color and one color digital printing.
